We appreciate your business! All orders are final sale, and there are no refunds, returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or order detail changes available once the order has been submitted and processed. Orders are normally processed and shipped within few business days of receiving your order. Normal delivery and transit times is up to 3-7 business days and varies with the delivery destination location, with the exception of any customs processing for international order. Please call 201-957-3700 within 7 days for questions or concerns about your order. All orders are shipped from Northern New Jersey.
We will notify you of any out of stock items or if there is a delay in processing your order. If there is any back orders, we will try our best to notify you immediately.
We process your order through third party carriers such as UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and DHL. La Bella 7 LLC. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, and is not obligated to re-send the goods. Shipment errors can be filed as a claim with the carriers and additional insurance other than standard insurance offered can be bought through these logistic companies.
For any international orders, it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for your packages to arrive. Please understand that all local customs information, regulations, and tax & duties are responsibility of customers who ordered the items. Check with your local customs for the most up to date information regarding release of your items that were shipped to your location.
